Thank you for using Alesta. This policy explains the data processed by our application and the rights of our users. In the current version (MVP) of our application, no personalized data (name, email, phone number, etc.) is collected or stored on our servers.

1. Processed Data and Purpose of Use

In order to provide customized and optimized travel itineraries, the following data is processed during the active session:

• Travel Preferences: Travel dates, budget segments, traveler profiles, trip intensity, interests, and transportation modes.

• Location Data: With explicit consent, the device's real-time location is accessed. If location permission is not granted, users can make manual selections on the map.

2. Data Storage and Persistence

• Alesta does not require a user account.

• All data is stored temporarily only on the user's device.

• All session data is cleared when the application is closed.

• No data is stored on our servers.

• Users can export their travel plans in PDF format or share them using the device's native sharing system. These processes occur entirely on the device.

3. Third-Party API Usage

To provide its core services, Alesta utilizes the following third-party services:

• Google Maps SDK: For map and location services.

• OpenWeatherMap API: For weather data.

• Please note that these services are subject to their own respective privacy policies.

4. On-Device Operations

• The application does not include any user analytics or tracking systems.

• The libraries used are strictly necessary for the application's core functionality.
