Welcome to Alesta. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Alesta mobile application. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Account Creation and Security

• To use certain features of Alesta, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information (name, age, city, occupation, and email).

• You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You agree to notify us immediately at alestahq@gmail.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Use of Services and Restrictions

• Alesta provides customized travel itineraries based on user preferences. These itineraries are for personal and non-commercial use only.

• You agree not to misuse the application, reverse engineer the software, or use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data from Alesta.

3. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, functionality, logos, and UI designs within the Alesta application are the exclusive property of Tuğrul İspir & Bilge and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

4. Termination of Account

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Use.

• You may terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion through our official support channels or the dedicated account deletion form.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Alesta generates travel routes using third-party APIs (Google Maps, OpenWeatherMap). We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, availability, or safety of the suggested routes, weather conditions, or venues. Users travel at their own risk.
